Warehouse Floor Cleaning, summed up is hard manual work and effort. Because it does require extra manual effort to get a great result. But it helps clients save money without the need to hire expensive machinery. In this example the remit was for a complete clean to the floor prior to a change of use. It was performed on a Saturday and cost around one third of the price when compared to hiring machines. By mid day the floor was completely clear. There were five using operatives in total. Given there was probably 5-7 years of build up of dust and debris, that wasn’t bad going. The philosophy of the company is to serve its clients efficiently and effectively. The process itself it fairly straightforward, consisting of basic organization a start point and a finish point. The most import aspect being the numbers of operatives and cooperation, good team work is a must. A good team working together and putting a shift in will get the job done. We recently conducted some similar work, but had to follow up with a mop of the floor. At first you may think, that is a huge task, and I agree to a point. Large area mopping is not as difficult as it may sound and a large area can successfully be mopped by a relatively small number of operatives. Again the key is team work and a will to make it happen. Time is of the essence though, in order to keep the cost down the team will need to work smart.
